3. A re-delivery fee will be imposed should there be a failed/missed delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address provided, or any other reasons resulting in a return items.
4. Orders may be combined and delivered in one trip if address labels of orders under the same address are printed out on the same week.
5. You may be charged for handling fees and fixing fees if you require any additional assistant or service from our staff / driver. Any charges on an additional fees be paid by the
person upon receiving the item. Such payment is paid directly to the requesting staff/ driver, and therefore shall be collected from you by the staff/ driver.
6. Alternatively, you may purchase handling service / fixing service at here by adding additional services together with your item in your order.
7. We will charge an additional charges for any building do not have any installation of Lift which require our staff / driver to manually carry the item to your place. Please refer to the table below for additional charges:
